Yori Nakamura shows Shooto's Lockflow #1 in a JKD and Shooto seminar. I do this lockflow slightly differently; although, Yori is much smoother than me too.

Shooto

This is a shooto demonstration done in 1992 in Los Angeles Chinatown for the Chinese New Year. This is sensei Yorinaga Nakamura and his student Tsuyoshi Abe. Sensei Yori founded shooto (also known as shootwrestling) in America (he learned it from Satoru Sayama in Japan) and is the instructor of Dan Inosanto, and also Erik Paulson. Erik can be seen in the background of this video.
