Catch Wrestling Seminar featuring ISG/Tim McFatridge

FMU is hosting a Catch Wrestling seminar on Febuary 7th, 2009 - 10:00am to 3:00pm. Tim McFatridge, founder of Integrated Submission Grappling and co-founder of the Jeet Kune Do Kali Association, is an excellent source of knowledge and an awesome instructor. He is also a second generation Bruce Lee instructor under the late Larry Hartsell. Price is $65 and you must RSVP in order to guarantee your spot as space is limited.

LAMECO Eskrima Seminar featuring FMU/Cory Smith

FMU is hosting a LAMECO Eskrima seminar on March 21st, 2009 - 10:00am to 3:00pm. Cory Smith is the founder of Fighting Method University and co-founder of the Jeet Kune Do Kali Association and a second generation Bruce Lee instructor under the late Larry Hartsell. Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) Seminar featuring Erik Paulson

August 15-16th, 2009 : Cost of $150

FMU is hosting a CSW seminar on August 15-16th, 2009 - 10:00am to 3:00pm. Erik Paulson, founder of Combat Submission Wrestling, is an excellent source of knowledge and an legendary instructor. He is a second generation Bruce Lee instructor under the Dan Inosanto and the late Larry Hartsell. He is also trainer and coach to 3 the top five heavyweight MMA fighters (Josh Barnett, Brock Lesnar and Randy Couture). Price is $150 and you must RSVP by paying in advance in order to guarantee your spot as space is EXTREMELY limited.

It's not a competition, but rather an opportunity to roll with those whom you don't normally get to roll with in order to test those skills you been working so hard to perfect. Shower before coming, leave your egos at the door and, above all, have fun!

Every 2nd Thursday is Stick Fighter Night @ 7:30pm

2nd Thursday : FREE

It's not a competition, but rather an opportunity to roll with those whom you don't normally get to spar with in order to test those skills you been working so hard to perfect. FMU is hosting a Texas Parkour Workshop on January 24th, 2009. The workshop will begin at 11:00am and last 2-4 hours depending everyones ability to continue. The primary focus will be the attribute training that Parkour practioners use to prepare for the feats they are able to accomplish.
